We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team at Paradigm Technology. As a Data Analyst, you will work closely with business units and IT teams to ensure data integrity and compliance on Data Analytics initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop breadth of expertise across business domain and navigate the company's Data Warehouse
- Ensure data integrity and analyze business performance using data across data sources
- Explore unstructured and structured data
- Develop and maintain databases by acquiring data from primary and secondary sources
- Document and measure progress and business performance against project outcomes and goals
- Work closely with project managers to understand and maintain focus on analytics needs
- Interpret and communicate complex ideas and findings into meaningful insights
Qualifications:
- 3-5+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Customer Insights, Business Intelligence, or a related field
- Experience with using MS Excel to understand and build complex spreadsheets and analysis
- Ability to transform complex ideas into easily understood concepts
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Bachelor's Degree is preferred; equivalent real-world work experience will be considered
