About the Role

We are Lennar Homes, a leading homebuilder dedicated to making an impact and creating an extraordinary experience for our Homeowners, Communities, and Associates. As a Business Analyst II, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improvement by conducting detailed business analysis, identifying business needs, and recommending solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct detailed analysis of business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and document business requirements and specifications to ensure effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Create and maintain process maps, workflow diagrams, and project documentation to facilitate collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Contribute to the design, testing, and implementation of new systems and enhancements to drive business value and efficiency.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide training to end-users to ensure seamless adoption and utilization of new systems.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation to facilitate knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
  • Facilitate meetings and gather input from stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Assist in developing solutions and making recommendations to drive business growth and improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-6 years of experience in business analysis or a related role.
  • Solid understanding of business processes, project management, and technology systems.
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Effective presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proactive and self-motivated.
Physical & Office/Site Presence Requirements

This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the Business Analyst II to have the ability to operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and carry up to 25 lbs.

Finger dexterity is necessary.

This is a position which requires the Business Analyst II frequent walking, standing and climbing stairs in/around homes, models and properties.

Must also have the ability to operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and carry up to 25 lbs. Finger dexterity is necessary.
