About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct detailed analysis of business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and document business requirements and specifications to ensure effective solutions.
  • Create and maintain process maps, workflow diagrams, and project documentation to facilitate communication and collaboration.
  • Contribute to the design, testing, and implementation of new systems and enhancements to drive business efficiency.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide training to end-users to ensure seamless adoption.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation to track progress and outcomes.
  • Facilitate meetings and gather input from stakeholders to ensure business needs are met.
  • Assist in developing solutions and making recommendations to drive business growth and improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-6 years of experience in business analysis or a related role.
  • Solid understanding of business processes, project management, and technology systems.
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Effective presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proactive and self-motivated.
