Clear Venue Operations Leader

As a key member of our team, you will oversee operations at local venues and arenas, driving successful member verification and enrollment initiatives. Your exceptional customer service skills will ensure a positive experience for attendees, members, and general travelers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Safeguarding security protocols at all venues is a top priority.
  • BUILD Strong relationships with attendees, members, and general travelers through attentive communication and engagement.
  • Effectively communicate Clear's benefits and values while maintaining secure enrollment operations.
  • Cultivate a collaborative internal culture that fosters motivation and innovation among team members.
  • Develop and implement training programs for sports employees on procedures, customer service, and sales techniques.
  • Maintain accurate labor and leadership reports, leveraging onsite communications and daily learning activities to drive team performance.
  • Analyze metrics, customer feedback, and observations to identify areas for operational improvement.
  • Ensure accountability among team members towards Clear's standards.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
  • Proven leadership experience, ideally 1-2+ years, with a focus on results-driven achievements.
  • Exceptional ability to lead and motivate teams, setting clear expectations and holding team members accountable.
  • Demonstrated positive attitude, excellent interpersonal skills, and strong leadership abilities.
  • A self-driven individual with a passion for growth and development, committed to promoting Clear's services.
  • Thrives in fast-paced environments with high volumes of activity.
  • Prior customer service experience preferred.
  • Flexible scheduling required, including adaptability to various shifts.
  • Minimum age requirement is 18 years.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year.
