Job Description

Venu+, the global leader in turn-key revenue-share outsourced services, is seeking a talented Site Operations Lead to join our team. This dynamic role involves coordinating event logistics, maintaining equipment, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.


Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate event setup, execution, and breakdown to ensure seamless experiences for guests
  • Monitor and maintain arcade games, locker systems, and mobility equipment to guarantee optimal functionality
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance coworker performance
  • Manage team workflow, delegate tasks, and act as point of contact in absence of location manager
  • Engage with guests, explain game rules, and provide guidance on controls and strategies
  • Maintain assigned areas clean, tidy, and organized to create inviting atmospheres for guests
  • Evaluate redemption center inventory and ensure it is well-stocked
  • Promote an array of enticing prizes, ensuring guests leave with lasting memories
  • Ensure compliance with all venue policies and procedures

Requirements and Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in entertainment or hospitality setting preferred
  • 2-4 years of leadership experience beneficial
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills essential
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail necessary
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Basic computer skills required

Estimated Annual Salary: $58,000 - $68,000
