As an Employee Relations Specialist, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to employees and managers on company HR policies, employment laws, and other applicable regulations.

Responsibilities:

* Answering employees\u2019 and managers\u2019 questions on company HR policies, employment laws, and other applicable regulations
* Documenting employee interactions in the case management system including intake, all investigative notes, supporting documents, etc.
* Gathering evidence and researching to resolve employee issues
* Providing guidance and delivery appropriate feedback, including Performance Improvement Plans and other corrective actions
* Coaching and advising managers on how to resolve low risk issues with employees
* Escalating employee issues as needed
* Working with investigators and Labor and Employment attorneys as needed
* All other related tasks as required

Qualifications:

* At least two years of recent, relevant experience in a similar Human Resources and/or Employee Relations role
* Excellent attention to detail
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent customer service skills
* Previous experience with HRIS software preferred

Compensation:

* Hourly rate between $28.50 and $30.50
