Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team at APR in Concord, New Hampshire.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for servicing a book of commercial lines mid-market to large accounts, responding to client inquiries, and consulting on policy changes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a strong working knowledge of Property and Casualty accounts, including Construction, Manufacturing, Retail, and Restaurants.
  • Research and compile answers to client policy and coverage questions, providing accurate and timely responses.
  • Market and quote new business and account renewals to obtain competitive coverage and cost ratios for clients.
  • Collaborate with multiple carrier underwriters to ensure seamless policy implementation.
  • Identify, compile, and manage information regarding account renewal, ensuring timely and accurate communication with clients.
Requirements
  • 5 or more years of experience in the insurance industry, with a focus on servicing commercial accounts.
  • NH Property and Casualty license.
  • Experience with Applied (EPIC) or AMS360 software is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of insurance and/or brokerage business principles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other computer software packages.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
