As a Commercial Sales Manager, you'll play a key role in presenting our customers with a consultative, relationship-focused approach that will make their food service businesses thrive.

Position Overview

This role requires significant thought leadership and people leadership, where you'll lead a team of high-performing, results-driven outside sales representatives. Your goal will be to develop sales targets for individual sales representatives, understand areas of customer focus, and engage with the industry through visits to key existing and future customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Hire, develop, and retain staff, creating robust succession plans and developing the next generation of leaders
  • Identify goals and objectives, provide regular and candid feedback through evaluations or coaching sessions
  • Develop sales targets for individual sales representatives
  • Understand areas of customer focus, including Sales Building, Staffing, Profitability, and Compliance
  • Visit key existing and future customers

Requirements

  • Four or more years previous sales or business experience
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret data, including profitability models
  • Ability to work evening and weekend hours
