Job Title: Territory Sales Manager

Empire Auto Parts, LLC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth across a multi-state region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve assigned revenue and growth objectives.
  • Collaborate with local management and executive sales leadership to leverage existing sales assets, expertise, and relationships.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences within the territory.
  • Work directly with territory sales representatives on revenue shortfalls, identifying causes and prescribing actions.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts to company leadership.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license & clean driving record.
  • Strong work ethic, commitment, and proactive mindset.
  • Knowledge of and interest in automobiles, including parts and functionality, is desired.
  • Sales experience with smaller/ startup companies preferred.

Physical Requirements:

  • Physical endurance to travel extensively and handle various work environments.
  • Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver auto parts during presentations and demonstrations.

Travel Requirements:

  • Depending on the territory's size and location, travel may be required to meet with clients, attend industry events, and build relationships.
