Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you'll play a critical role in driving business growth and developing strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of high-performing sales representatives to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet customer needs and exceed sales targets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results and improve customer satisfaction
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and expansion
Requirements
  • 4+ years of sales or business development experience
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership and business development
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
