Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Regional Sales Director to lead our business development efforts in the higher education market. This individual will be responsible for growing our sales revenue through new business development, strategic partnerships, and relationship-building with key stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive growth and revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at higher education institutions
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and prospecting
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop winning sales proposals and respond to RFPs
  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics to inform business decisions
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in the higher education sector
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
