Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled General Management Consultant to join our team at Guidehouse. As a key member of our management consulting practice, you will work closely with clients to identify and analyze business problems and develop solutions that drive positive results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with clients to identify business problems and develop solutions that align with their strategic objectives.
  • Conduct research and analysis to provide insights and recommendations that drive business improvement.
  • Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the engagement, ensuring successful project outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive business value for clients.
Requirements
  • Active Top Secret Clearance
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college with two (2) or more years of consulting experience. Educational requirement may be waived if the candidate has five (5) or more years of experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with human capital management, workforce planning, or organizational design.
  • Experience with HR data analytics and reporting.
