Office Manager for the Bureau of Mental Health

The City of New York is seeking an experienced Office Manager to join the Bureau of Mental Health. As a key member of the team, you will provide administrative support to the Assistant Commissioner and senior leadership, ensuring the smooth operation of the bureau. Your responsibilities will include scheduling meetings, maintaining accurate records, and providing general office duties. If you have a baccalaureate degree and four years of progressively responsible clerical/administrative experience, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Scheduling meetings and maintaining accurate records
Providing general office duties, including answering phones and drafting correspondences
Maintaining office services, including organizing office operations and designing filing systems
Providing administrative support to the Bureau's Consumer Advisory Board
Requirements
Baccalaureate degree from an accredited college
Four years of progressively responsible clerical/administrative experience
18 months of administrative, managerial, executive or supervisory experience
