Sales Enablement Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Enablement Specialist to join our Worldwide Field Enablement (WWFE) team. As an Enablement Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing an exceptional unified onboarding experience for all AWS Sales roles.
Key Responsibilities- Design and deliver a streamlined onboarding program that prepares new hires for success
- Partner with field productivity teams, learning & development, HR, and other stakeholders to understand onboarding requirements
- Develop and maintain onboarding curriculum, including training content, job aids, and resources
- Measure onboarding effectiveness through data analysis and feedback, and continuously optimize the program
- Serve as the subject matter expert on all things related to onboarding, providing guidance and support to new hires and hiring managers
- Document onboarding processes and standardize them globally to ensure consistency and scalability
The Global Enablement Programs leader is responsible for working backwards from the field needs to define the enablement strategy within a highly matrixed organization.

Requirements- 5+ years of experience in sales operations, enablement, or a related field
- Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software
- Experience defining, refining, and implementing sales processes, procedures, and policies
- 5+ years of finance, business management, and sales operations experience
- Experience working within a high-growth, technology company
