Barrington Orthopedic Specialists has been a leading provider of orthopedic care in the northwest Chicago suburbs since 1980, dedicated to delivering personalized and compassionate treatment for various bone and joint conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage patient check-in and check-out processes
  • Assist in rooming patients for their appointments
  • Schedule appointments for patients
  • Handle document scanning and organization
  • Collect co-payments and outstanding balances
  • Verify patient insurance information

Work Schedule:

MRI Department

Full-Time: 40 hours per week

Monday to Friday: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM, with occasional Saturday shifts from 8 AM to 4 PM.
