About the Role

At Alliance HCM, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive - Business Development Associate to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about customer service and technology sales.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of human capital management (HCM) solutions. They will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales, as well as providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and qualify prospects

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of proven sales experience
  • HCM sales experience
  • Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent customer service and presentation skills
  • Strong business acumen
