Job Description

Vets Hired is seeking a highly motivated IT Business Development Representative to drive growth and success in our IT Business Operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to generate leads, qualify prospects, and provide support throughout the process.
  • Conduct thorough research to understand the needs and challenges of prospective clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within target organizations.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of our IT products/services and recommend tailored solutions to prospects.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions and opportunities.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and market conditions.
  • Set measurable goals and objectives for lead generation and conversion rates.
  • Track and report on key performance metrics regularly.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
  • Familiarity with B2B sales operations and processes is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools.
