Job Title: IT Business Development Representative

At Vets Hired, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven IT Business Development Representative to join our team. As an IT Business Development Representative, you will play a vital role in driving the growth and success of our IT Business Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities through various strategies, including cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and market research.
  • Conduct thorough research to understand the needs and challenges of prospective clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within target organizations.
  • Understand the value proposition of our IT products/services and effectively communicate how they address the specific needs of potential clients.
  • Provide consultative guidance and recommend tailored solutions to prospects, emphasizing the benefits and return on investment.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions and opportunities.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions.
  • Set measurable goals and objectives for lead generation and conversion rates.
  • Track and report on key performance metrics regularly, such as lead volume, conversion rates, and revenue generated.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
  • Familiarity with B2B sales operations and processes is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools.
