As an integral part of the team, you will assist the Facility Manager in executing services to effectively operate and maintain the property, which includes client services, financial oversight, facility upkeep, procurement, and vendor management. You will cultivate client relationships with key stakeholders to support their corporate real estate ambitions and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure client satisfaction through the delivery of Facility Management services and support initiatives aimed at enhancing customer experience.
  • Uphold compliance with JLL's minimum audit and compliance standards in facility management, financial oversight, and operational policies.
  • Achieve or surpass site Key Performance Indicators (KPIs); regularly review Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to identify potential issues and devise corrective measures.
  • Enforce all company policies and training requirements related to safe and efficient operations.
  • Implement and oversee hazard control and safety practices, ensuring adherence to local regulations and JLL operational standards.
  • Foster strong collaboration and teamwork within the account team, driving the development and application of Integrated Facilities Management best practices and innovations.
  • Manage work orders for in-house personnel and vendors as required.
  • Assist with facility soft services as needed, including meeting preparations, conference room bookings, catering, parking, vending, and access control.
  • Perform any additional duties and tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • A minimum of two years of relevant industry experience, either in a corporate setting, third-party service provider, or as a consultant.
  • Strong customer service, computer, managerial, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and effectively organize responsibilities to meet portfolio goals.
  • Basic understanding of building systems, including mechanical and electrical systems.
