ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a Senior Project Discipline Manager, you will be at the forefront of leading diverse projects, ensuring they align with both financial and technical objectives. Your role will focus on:

  • Overseeing a variety of multi-disciplinary projects while nurturing client relationships.
  • Managing complex projects with comprehensive oversight.
  • Ensuring structural design integrity and meticulous detailing throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Implementing QA/QC processes, serving as a resource for quality assurance within your area of expertise.
  • Maintaining accurate scheduling and supporting your team in meeting project timelines.
  • Achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) for all managed projects.
  • Preparing proposals and managing multiple staff members to enhance employee performance and development.
  • Contributing to strategic planning and execution for the Line of Business.
  • Executing the sales strategy for the Line of Business.
  • Performing additional duties as required.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Bentley software is essential. Candidates should possess:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Licensure as a Professional Engineer (P.E.) in Texas.
  • Over 15 years of progressive experience in project leadership across commercial, educational, and healthcare sectors.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, along with excellent organizational abilities.
  • A proven track record of fiscal responsibility and understanding of market dynamics related to project fees, scope, and schedules.
  • Exceptional presentation and client engagement capabilities.
