We are in search of a Client Services Operations Associate who possesses exceptional customer service abilities to join our team. In this capacity, you will address inquiries, resolve issues, and clarify policies, standards, and procedures for financial professionals associated with our organization. You will handle approximately 40-45 incoming calls from current clients each day.

This role entails a standard 40-hour work week, typically from 8 am to 5 pm, with a business casual dress code. The position is primarily onsite and offers a hybrid model of 3 office days and 2 remote days following a designated training period.

The expected annual base salary range for this role is between $40,000 and $50,000, with actual compensation varying based on skills, experience, and location.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and interpret policies, standards, and procedures for the field force by gathering information, securing answers, and reporting results promptly and professionally.
  • Address a wide range of questions, including those related to mutual funds, stocks, bonds, UITs, policies and procedures, and complex inquiries regarding account history.
  • Initiate outreach efforts to financial professionals and collect feedback to enhance service and improve internal processes, procedures, and programs.
  • Occasionally process requests, including check requests, ACH requests, account additions, fund transfers, IRA distributions, account updates, service center requests, password resets, and other necessary functions.
  • Conduct thorough investigations into reports of inadequate procedures or policies.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of service products and offerings.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision and escalate complex issues as needed to ensure timely resolution of customer requests.
Qualifications & Skills
  • High School Diploma is required; further education or equivalent work experience is preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center, banking service center, or help desk environment.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Effective follow-up skills and the ability to organize tasks efficiently.
  • Capability to prioritize multiple projects to meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in data entry into the company’s computer system while on calls.
  • Preferred: At least 1 year of experience in the Independent Broker Dealer model and the financial services industry.
