Key Responsibilities
  • Client Communication
    • Respond to client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
    • Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded
  • Scheduling and Coordination
    • Schedule appointments and coordinate with clinicians to ensure smooth transactions
    • Coordinate and document doctors' schedules on our electronic medical records system
  • Patient Care
    • Facilitate the intake process for patients, including procuring signatures for intake and release paperwork
    • Coordinate and facilitate patient discharges post-operatively
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Process payments and deposits for procedures
    • Facilitate inputting of surgical charges and creating discharge instructions for surgical patients
    • Facilitate prescriptions and refills
  • Follow-up and Follow-through
    • Follow up with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded
    • Facilitate follow-up communications and post-operative clinician-client communications
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
    • Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or client-facing role
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
