Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct on-site insurance underwriting inspections to collect data for condition assessments and measure dimensions of properties.
  • Identify building materials and hazards, and collect photographs of all sides of the home, roof, and exterior amenities.
  • Upload collected data into an internet-based platform.
  • Work independently and have a reliable vehicle for going to and from inspections.
  • Have a Windows-based computer with access to the internet, an iPhone or Android smartphone, and a measuring device.
Requirements
  • Be a self-starter who enjoys independence.
  • Be willing to work outdoors in all seasons.
  • Have a flexible schedule that allows you to dictate your own routes and hours.
  • Have a large volume of field inspections to complete.
