Zurich Insurance Company Ltd is seeking a talented individual to participate in our innovative Bachelor's Apprenticeship Program. As a participant, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in crop underwriting operations while pursuing a tuition-free Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.

Key responsibilities will include reviewing customer applications, production reports, and acreage reports, as well as processing policy documents and policy changes. Successful completion of the program will result in a full-time position at Zurich, a Department of Labor Certificate of Apprenticeship, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.

Applicants should have an Associate Degree in Business or be a rising junior with two years of coursework in Business and no prior experience in the insurance industry. Intermediate computer skills, especially Excel, are also required.
