We are seeking a strategic and innovative leader in human resources to take on the role of Director of People Operations. This pivotal position will be instrumental in driving our people strategies, enhancing organizational culture, and ensuring a thriving workplace environment. Key Responsibilities

Strategic HR Leadership:

  • Work closely with the executive team to ensure HR strategies align with business objectives.
  • Lead the People Operations team, delivering exceptional HR services.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to executives on HR matters, enhancing team member engagement and development.
Talent Acquisition and Management:
  • Oversee recruitment efforts to attract and retain a diverse and talented workforce.
  • Design and implement onboarding programs for new hires.
  • Manage performance systems to promote high performance and professional growth.
  • Utilize data-driven methods to assess and enhance team member performance.
Team Member Engagement and Culture:
  • Promote a positive workplace culture that embodies Gable's core values.
  • Develop initiatives to boost team member morale and productivity.
  • Conduct surveys and feedback sessions to assess satisfaction and identify improvement areas.
  • Lead programs focused on work-life balance, recognition, and wellness.
Learning and Development:
  • Create training programs to advance team member skills and career trajectories.
  • Identify organizational development needs to support strategic goals.
  • Encourage a culture of continuous learning and enhancement.
HR Operations and Compliance:
  • Ensure HR policies comply with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Oversee HR systems for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Design competitive compensation and benefits programs based on market insights.
  • Manage payroll processes for accurate and timely wage payments.
  • Administer benefits programs, including health and retirement plans.
  • Ensure compliance with legal standards regarding employment practices.
  • Handle personnel records and manage workplace relations.
Qualifications

Applicants should possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, along with a minimum of 7 years of HR experience, including 3 years in a leadership capacity. A proven track record in developing and executing successful HR strategies is essential, along with strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment regulations. Excellent communication and leadership skills are required, as well as proficiency in HR technology systems and Microsoft Office 365.

Physical Requirements

Candidates should be able to sit for extended periods while working at a computer and may need to stand, walk, or lift up to ten pounds occasionally.

Work Environment

This role may involve exposure to various office and manufacturing settings, with occasional travel required.

Additional Requirements

All candidates must pass a background check and drug test, and meet I-9 and E-Verify requirements.

Salary

Compensation will be commensurate with education and experience.
