About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic HR Coordinator to enhance our employee experience and organizational culture. Reporting directly to the VP of People Operations, you will provide vital support to our HR team, ensuring seamless HR operations while also assisting with executive support tasks. This is an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience across various HR functions, including onboarding, employee engagement, administrative duties, event organization, and executive coordination within a rapidly expanding startup. Your contributions will be instrumental in driving Jerry towards its goal of becoming a $5B enterprise.

Jerry is pioneering the first AllCarTM super app designed to optimize every aspect of car ownership – from insurance and buying/selling to registration, loans, safety, repairs, and parking – addressing a $2T market in the U.S. Since our inception in 2019, we have expanded our offerings to include loan refinancing, real-time driving insights, a repair marketplace, car diagnostics, and an AI-powered chatbot and voicebot. With over 5 million customers and $240M in funding, we have achieved a remarkable 40X revenue growth and expanded our team to 250 across multiple countries.

Your Impact:

  • Facilitate the onboarding experience for new hires by preparing necessary materials, coordinating orientation sessions, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives, including offsite events, virtual celebrations, and in-person gatherings, to enhance team morale and create a positive workplace culture.
  • Assist in maintaining compliance with company policies and employment regulations by supporting HR audits and ensuring accurate record-keeping. Collaborate with the People Operations team to ensure all employee-related processes comply with legal standards.
  • Serve as the executive assistant to the COO, managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and handling executive communications. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other materials for executive meetings.
  • Provide administrative support to the People team, including calendar management, meeting scheduling, and correspondence handling. Assist with special HR and executive projects as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Previous internship experience in Human Resources.
  • A strong desire to pursue a career in Human Resources, with experience in executive support.
  • Solid understanding of HR best practices and legal compliance.
