We are seeking an experienced Business Support Manager to join our team at Disability Solutions. This role involves managing diverse administrative functions for a large and complex department, including financial control and budgeting, personnel processes, audit and compliance, premises management, associate training, service quality, process improvement, business continuity, and communication.

The successful candidate will be highly motivated, proactive, and able to create and execute plans without daily oversight. They will possess excellent organization, leadership, and communication skills, with a strong ability to analyze problems and identify solutions. Experience with data management, SharePoint management, and Microsoft Office tools is also required.

In return for your expertise, you will receive an estimated salary of $115,000 - $159,750 annually, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
