Sales and Marketing Director

Right at Home Nashville, a Best of Homecare Employer of the Year winner, seeks a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to promote sales and create a positive identity for the company through promotional materials and personal visits.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for increasing care hours, developing a profitable referral source pipeline, and gaining market share. Key duties and responsibilities include:
- Communicating effectively with team members and referral sources.
- Articulating the company's vision and standards.
- Keeping team members and referral sources informed.
- Communicating market share strategy to the team.
- Generating new solutions to problems or suggesting innovative improvements to current processes.
- Creating promotional materials as needed.
- Investigating the competitive landscape and identifying opportunities to gain market share.
- Pre-planning weekly sales activities.
- Categorizing referral sources by profitability.
- Maintaining up-to-date competitive files, charges, and pay rates.
- Maintaining all sales activity in the Customer Relationship Manager database.
- Maximizing efficiency and cost-effectiveness in daily activities.
- Tuning in to the opinions, feelings, and needs of people.
- Understanding the impact of one's behavior on others and being patient and empathetic.
- Letting others speak and actively listening to address specific needs.
- Building and maintaining trusting relationships with all stakeholders.
- Building a referral pipeline by nurturing genuine relationships.

- Coordinating sales activity with all office staff to ensure appropriate follow-up.
- Being highly knowledgeable in the agency's service lines, service fees, and client base.
- Proposing services and instituting contractual agreements with clients.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- High school graduate or equivalent with two years of business experience.
- Basic office and computer skills and organizational abilities. Excellent interpersonal relations abilities. Excellent telephone skills.
- Knowledge of common medical terminology.
- Able to work independently, demonstrating sound judgment.
- Read, write, speak, and understand English as needed for the job.
- Be available as required for on-call duty outside of normal office hours.
