About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Development Manager to join our team in Colorado Springs, CO. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers to identify business opportunities and close deals.
  • Conduct market research and analyze customer needs to develop targeted sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure alignment and maximize sales potential.
  • Manage and maintain accurate sales data, including sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and customer interactions.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the foodservice industry.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and tools.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
