We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Branch Manager to lead our largest branch in Downtown Aurora. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the retail performance of the branch, including compliance with policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, and providing exceptional customer service.

As a Branch Manager at Old Second National Bank, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact on our customers and the community. You will be responsible for leading the branch through structured formal coaching, one-on-ones, daily huddles, branch meetings, and performance appraisals to ensure sales and customer service goals are met.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide leadership and direction to all branch sales goals and operations, adhering to all operational and security policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  2. Lead the branch through structured formal coaching, one-on-ones, daily huddles, branch meetings, and performance appraisals to ensure sales and customer service goals are met.
  3. Partner with Regional Manager for management of goals, staff training, scheduling, performance appraisals, corrective action, and monthly/quarterly reporting.
  4. Maintain Customer Service standards through effective leadership and management.
  5. Leads by example and directs all retail staff in identifying and capitalizing on all opportunities and reaching and/or exceeding branch sales goals.

You will also be responsible for utilizing CRM software to manage and monitor all sales activities in the branch, supporting retail staff in their career development with in-house training, webinars, and utilization of all resource tools, and consistently demonstrating excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Requirements
  • Associate's degree (or equivalent) and five or more years of banking experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Must become licensed with NMLS registration within 60 days of assuming role and meet Bank training requirements.
  • Must work onsite to perform responsibilities of this position.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is between $65,000 - $95,000 annually, based on the job description and location. In addition to competitive pay, we offer a Retail Incentive Plan, which allows eligible employees to earn variable pay based on branch sales and operations results. We also provide benefits such as health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
