Job OverviewEntegee is seeking a highly skilled Administrative Assistant III to join our team. This role will provide administrative support to our senior management team by managing communications, coordinating schedules, and handling sensitive information.

As an Administrative Assistant III, you will be responsible for managing complex executive calendars and coordinating meetings, conference rooms, and events. You will also handle administrative tasks, including taking meeting minutes, printing, scanning, and data entry in OneNote. Additionally, you will provide administrative support for project teams, ensuring seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact for senior management, handling communications between internal and external contacts
  • Manage complex executive calendars and coordinate meetings, conference rooms, and events
  • Handle administrative tasks including taking meeting minutes, printing, scanning, and data entry in OneNote
  • Support inter-departmental communications, ensuring sensitive information is handled appropriately
  • Draft, proofread, and format letters, documents, and presentations
  • Manage travel expenses and track team out-of-office schedules
  • Provide administrative support for project teams, ensuring seamless operations

Compensation Package: $19.00 to $22.00 per hour
