The Luxury Brand Service Representative at the Client Relations Center is tasked with providing an outstanding service experience to all internal and external stakeholders.
This role is situated in a premier, state-of-the-art Multichannel Customer Care environment, delivering information through various communication channels.
The ideal candidate will possess luxury retail sales experience, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to convey enthusiasm and passion for the brands they represent during every interaction.
KEY FUNCTIONS
1. Manage incoming calls; warmly greet all customers in a timely, professional, and engaging manner.
2. Provide written responses to customer inquiries, ensuring service expectations are met in each interaction.
3. Cultivate lasting relationships with customers by delivering first-call resolution and taking ownership of each scenario.
4. Process merchandise orders initiated via phone and/or online, which will involve significant data entry.
5. Continuously seek new product knowledge to serve as an expert for assigned brands.
6. Exhibit strong selling and negotiation skills; address objections and ask probing questions to finalize sales.
7. Regularly access brand-specific social media pages to stay informed about launches and campaigns.
In the future, there may be opportunities to utilize social media monitoring platforms to engage with relevant conversations about the brands and respond to inquiries as needed.
Address a wide range of customer inquiries, including repair submissions, repair status, cost estimates, service diagnostics, and timelines.
JOB PROFILE
Education:
Bachelor's degree preferred, particularly in Fashion, Retail, or a related field.
Required Experience:
3+ years in a contact center/customer service environment/retail, or a comparable combination of education and experience that provides the necessary knowledge and abilities.
Technical Skills / Abilities:
Experience in eCommerce, particularly within the luxury retail sector, is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Familiarity with Brightware, Liveperson, or similar Email and Chat management tools is a plus.
SAP knowledge is advantageous.
Active engagement with social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, Blogs).
A passion for the luxury brand market segment (fashion, jewelry, etc.).
Must demonstrate a high level of maturity, poise, sound business judgment, and adaptability to work with luxury and exceptionally demanding clients.
Quick learners who can absorb extensive information about our brands' history, product offerings, and communications/advertising programs are encouraged to apply.Confidence and technical proficiency to learn and utilize multiple applications and systems; ability to multitask daily across these tools.
Flexibility and availability to work within operational hours: Monday through Friday (9am-9pm), Saturdays and Sundays (9am-6pm).Willingness to work on holidays.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
