YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Act as the primary internal representative of the organization.
  • Communicate our expertise in products, services, and capabilities to customers.
  • Serve as an external educator to our community and clientele.
  • Relay customer requirements to the support team in line with company policies and procedures.
  • Engage with customers via phone or in-person to provide information about products or services, process orders, manage account cancellations, or gather details regarding complaints.
  • Determine costs for requested services, collect deposits or payments, or facilitate billing arrangements.
  • Attract potential clients by addressing product and service inquiries and suggesting additional offerings.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in conducting customer needs assessments, meeting service quality standards, and evaluating customer satisfaction.
