As an integral part of our support team, you will oversee our incoming communication channels and maintain ongoing interactions with both internal stakeholders and external clients.

Your primary focus will be on achieving outstanding results for our customers.

If you are a detail-oriented professional with a background in administration and customer service, who recognizes the significance of continuous communication and prioritizes the customer experience, we would like to connect with you.

Key Responsibilities:
Exhibit leadership and exceptional execution skills, consistently striving to deliver optimal customer outcomes.

Utilizing phone and email support, accurately identify customer needs, address their concerns, and determine the most effective resolution path in a timely manner.

Collaborate with Estimators, Dispatchers, Project Managers, and Third Party Contractors to compile feedback received through our communication channels, offering solutions and insights regarding customer-related matters.

Ensure clear communication and follow-up with clients regarding appointments, schedules, rescheduling, payments, and any delays.

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
Some college education is preferred.
1-3 years of experience in a support role, specifically engaging with customers via phone and email.

Demonstrated ability to maintain a solution-focused mindset; even in challenging situations, you will need to identify solutions that align with customer expectations.

Familiarity with the home repair or maintenance sector is advantageous, though not mandatory.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A high level of professionalism with meticulous attention to detail.
A strong desire to learn and advance within the organization and industry.
Exhibit a sense of urgency and appropriate timing in communications.
