Radisson Hotel Group Sales Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at the Radisson Hotel Salt Lake City Downtown. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to achieve individual sales goals, preparing proposals and contracts, and using outside sales calls, prospecting, and hosting clients to solicit new business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve individual and team goals
  • Prepare and present proposals and contracts to clients
  • Use outside sales calls, prospecting, and hosting clients to solicit new business
  • Review and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Communicate with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of hotel sales experience
  • Local market knowledge preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor's degree preferred
  • General knowledge of contract laws
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with Opera Sales and Catering a plus
