The Role

We're seeking a seasoned Enterprise Sales Director to identify and develop new sales opportunities, provide product solutions, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain positive relationships to maximize sales for the company. As a key member of our sales team, you'll introduce our products and services to new and existing customers, develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts, and manage quota funnels.

This role offers the flexibility to work from home in Colorado and Utah, with a requirement of at least 25-50% of time conducting sales activities outside of the office. You'll be responsible for developing Enterprise sales in designated target markets by identifying new sales opportunities, contacting prospective customers, and developing relationships with acquired and existing customers to attain additional business and retain existing revenue.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Develop and manage relationships with acquired and existing customers to attain additional business and retain existing revenue.
  2. Develop action plans to cross-sell and up-sell accounts to increase overall total customer spend with the company.
  3. Learn and develop further knowledge of new technologies and selling points, enhancing expertise in the company's entire product suite.
  4. Provide comprehensive account plans and strategies to win new business from new and existing accounts.
  5. Provide accurate and detailed weekly forecast funnels of identified and proposed opportunities to meet or exceed sales quota requirements.
What We Look For in a Candidate

We're seeking a self-motivated, pro-active, results-oriented professional with an ability to work with minimum direction. The ideal candidate will have:

  • 5+ years of industry sales experience.
  • Attention to detail with good organizational capabilities.
  • Ability to prioritize with good time management skills.
  • Demonstrated strong communication, written, and formal presentation skills as well as proficiency in selling to the close.
  • Proficiency in MS office products: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Compensation

The starting salary for this role differs based on the employee's primary work location. Employees typically do not start at the top of the range, though compensation depends on each individual's qualifications.

Location-based pay ranges are as follows:

$81,510 in these states: UT

$142,650 in these states: CO

As with the pay range variety that's based on the region of a country, specific offers are determined by various factors such as experience, education, skills, certifications, and other business needs.
