Business Development Executive

The Wilner Group is a professional staffing and talent management firm that partners with family-owned businesses to match career goals with contract, contract-to-hire, or direct hire positions. We are currently seeking a Business Development Executive to join our team at the Valley Cottage location in New York.
Salary for this position is estimated to be $75k-$90k based on experience. As a Senior Account Manager, you will engage daily with clients as the main point of contact for all matters related to client concerns and needs. You will maintain accurate client records, track contract updates and renewals, and work with sales and internal teams to ensure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met.
We are looking for an individual with 5 years of professional experience in sales or account management. Your ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously will be valuable assets in this role. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, as well as proficiency with CRM and ERP software, such as HubSpot and Epicor.
You will also have the opportunity to develop a thorough understanding of our product range and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients. This knowledge will enable you to effectively manage a small team and drive business growth.
