Approximately 2 years of experience in a similar HR Generalist role

• Aid in the management of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, life insurance, pre-tax benefits, and 401(k) plans, ensuring compliance with applicable federal and state laws.

  • Support the handling of Worker's Compensation claims and conduct investigations as needed.
  • Maintain precise and up-to-date personnel records in the HRIS system.
  • Assist in the recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
  • Provide guidance to employees on various HR-related matters, including leave policies and compensation, and address any arising issues.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of human resource policies.
  • Ensure adherence to labor laws, employee handbooks, and job descriptions.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is preferred but not mandatory.

Work Schedule: 40 hours per week

Compensation: $30 - $32 per hour
