Sales Specialist

Frette, a renowned luxury linen provider, seeks a skilled Sales Specialist to join our team at the Frette Retail boutique at South Coast Plaza. With 160 years of tradition and excellence, Frette continues to lead the industry in style and comfort.
As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, creating a welcoming environment, and showcasing our premium products. Your strong product knowledge and sales techniques will enable you to effectively communicate the Frette brand's value to customers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive sales and achieve sales goals.
- Provide accurate information on procedures and policies, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
- Utilize sales techniques and product knowledge to meet company sales targets and recommend relevant products.
- Process sales and register transactions efficiently, including cash and credit payments, and maintain accurate cash handling.
- Stay informed about promotions and advertisements to effectively communicate value to customers.
- Build and maintain a loyal customer base through clienteling and data collection.
- Assist in processing new shipments and maintain a clean and organized receiving and back stock area.
- Monitor shoplifting activity and uphold merchandising and store cleanliness standards.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must possess and consistently demonstrate the necessary competencies for the role.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, and adapt to changing sales environments.
- Proficiency in operating personal computers, POS systems, and various software packages, including MS Office.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills, with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift items weighing up to 50lbs.
- Demonstrate a positive attitude that contributes to a positive team environment.
- Team-oriented with a self-driven entrepreneurial spirit.
- Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with team members and set high standards of performance.
