About the Role

The Sales Specialist is a key member of the Herms South Coast Plaza team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in a fast-paced, luxury environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets while working collaboratively with the sales team to achieve collective goals.
  • Organize and prioritize the selling floor to ensure a seamless customer experience, maintaining high standards of visual merchandising and inventory management.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Participate in inventory preparation and maintenance, ensuring accurate stock levels and efficient stockroom management.
  • Collaborate with management to identify opportunities for improvement and implement process changes to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of sales experience in a luxury environment, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
