About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Retail Sales Specialist to join our team in the home theater department. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales growth, and maintaining expert-level knowledge of our home theater products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, providing expert service and recommendations to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest technology trends and products, utilizing this knowledge to inform customers and drive sales.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and timely manner, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet sales goals and optimize daily responsibilities.
  • Maintain department merchandising and readiness to serve customers, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
  • Train and develop other sales floor personnel to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in the department.
Requirements
  • 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 1 year of leadership experience in a related field or military leadership equivalent.
  • 1 year of experience selling premium products, luxury brands, and/or custom design environments.
  • 1 year of experience in customer relationship management (CRM).
