Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Vice President of Sales to join our team. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the K-12 market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to increase revenue from school clients using FACTS products and services
  • Build and maintain relationships with schools, diocese, and organizations responsible for or involved in the private school market
  • Represent FACTS at industry association conventions, meetings, and gatherings
  • Make cold calls to set appointments and achieve weekly, monthly, and annual sales goals and quotas
  • Develop an annual sales plan for a defined geography and maintain FACTS' marketing database for the given geography
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in direct sales, preferably in the K-12 and technology industries
  • Experience managing up to 25 projects concurrently and moving all to some level of completion
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and public speaking skills
  • Ability to persuade prospects to purchase an intangible service offering
  • Valid driver's license and dependable transportation
What We Offer

Nelnet offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 base plus commission, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, HSA, and FSA. We also offer generous earned time off, 401K, student loan repayment, life insurance, and AD&D insurance, among other benefits.
