Job Title: Registered Nurse Supervisor - Behavioral Health

Hospital for Behavioral Medicine is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse Supervisor to lead our Behavioral Health team. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care in accordance with established standards of care and hospital policy.

Job Summary:
  • Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff on the Behavioral Health unit.
  • Develop and implement unit policies and procedures to ensure compliance with Joint Commission, CMS, and state regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans for patients.
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient care and unit activities.
  • Participate in performance improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and unit efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing required.
  • Minimum of three years' experience in a psychiatric healthcare facility.
  • Current licensure to practice by the Massachusetts Board of Nursing.
  • Thorough knowledge of Joint Commission, CMA, HCFA, OSHA requirements, and state and federal regulatory requirements.
