Position Summary:
If you are a Customer Service expert with a genuine desire to assist others, this is an exceptional opportunity for you. We are looking for a Bilingual Claims Customer Service - Initial Loss to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring they receive an outstanding customer experience. No prior experience in the insurance sector is necessary, as we provide a comprehensive, paid training program to equip you with all the knowledge required for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional and responsive customer service in a call center environment.
  • Handle incoming calls from clients regarding their claims.
  • Input information into the claims system to initiate the claims process.
  • Address client inquiries and provide information as needed, directing requests to the appropriate departments when necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service or call center experience.
  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • Strong telephone etiquette.
  • Proficient typing skills - 25 WPM with 95% accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and planning abilities.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is essential.
