Job Description

Idaho National Laboratory is seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Coordinator to join our team in the Systems Engineering department. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a hybrid 9x80 schedule, where you will have every other Friday off. You will report directly to the Source Recovery Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative and clerical support to relieve department managers or staff of administrative details, allowing them to focus on high-priority tasks.
  • Data Management: Gather, collect, record, track, and verify data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Compile and analyze data to provide insights and recommendations to management.
  • Process Improvement: Design and implement processes to enhance workflow and improve efficiency.
  • Customer Service: Work with internal and external customers to provide quality customer service and meet organizational needs.
Qualifications:
  • Education: High School or equivalent and 6 years of related experience.
  • Experience: Experience determined by level.
  • Language: Proficiency in the English language.
