Job Title: Product Manager - Logistics Automation

Join Stellantis as a Product Manager - Logistics Automation and play a key role in shaping the future of logistics and automation solutions. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining the strategy and roadmap for our logistics automation products and solutions, identifying market opportunities, and building business cases to support product initiatives.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Strategy and Roadmap Creation: Develop and maintain the strategy and roadmap for our logistics automation products and solutions.
  • Business Case Development: Build business cases to support product initiatives, working closely with customer groups and business development teams.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and analyze market trends to identify customer demand and competition offerings.
  • Product Requirements Definition: Translate customer needs into product requirements, working closely with cross-functional teams to develop new products and solutions.
  • Product Prioritization: Prioritize the R&D backlog for our logistics automation products and solutions, ensuring that innovation input from the technology office is tested back with customers through business development.
  • Product Monitoring and Improvement: Closely monitor products and solutions delivered to the market, aiming to maximize customer satisfaction and profitability.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Engineering; Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years' experience in the industry as a Solution Manager/Program Manager, with experience in fulfillment center/warehouse operations, software and hardware logistics automation equipment and tools, and operational pain points and problematic areas.
  • Skills: Demonstrated knowledge of the organization's core business areas, engineering basic knowledge, knowledge of customer strategy in logistics environments, sales and business development processes, and marketing strategy and communication.
