About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our team at AbbVie, a global leader in the development and delivery of innovative medicines and solutions. As a Marketing Manager, you will play a critical role in driving brand and disease awareness for our RINVOQ (upadacitinib) product in the spondylarthritis (SpA) indication.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive Non-personal promotional (NPP) strategy to create a closed-loop marketing environment around Professional customers.
  • Partner with experts across AbbVie and agencies to ensure high-quality tactics for the NPP campaign plan.
  • Optimize campaign performance by identifying areas to improve customer engagement, customer experience, and brand performance.
  • Contribute to the visual identity of the brand and develop creative campaigns that are insights-driven.
  • Manage NPP/media budgets and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
  • 3+ years of digital omni-channel marketing experience.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong planning and organization skills, attention to detail, and execution.
  • Budget management experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience in Professional pharmaceutical marketing.
  • Pharmaceutical launch experience.
  • Strategic and tactical planning experience.
  • MBA or other advanced degree.
