Job Summary

The Integrated Marketing Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting the Sr. Manager of Integrated Marketing in developing and implementing innovative omni-channel marketing strategies. This includes creating campaign timelines, facilitating communication with cross-functional teams, and serving as a marketing point of contact for monthly fiscal closing meetings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate briefs for omni campaigns
  • Act as a key marketing resource for merchants, working as a liaison on sample management for omni campaign shoots
  • Responsible for making job numbers/POs and invoicing process across local activations, PR, charity, and partnerships
  • Assist the Brand Media team with marketing support across omni campaigns, including working on product pulls for site-direct campaigns with publishing partners
  • Facilitate communication with cross-functional teams on CO-OP projects
  • Create campaign timelines for charity partners, communicating milestones and deadlines to ensure project completion on time
  • Serve as marketing point of contact for monthly fiscal closing meetings
