Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will focus on:

  • Acquiring, managing, and servicing commercial loans and real estate financing.
  • Meeting established business development objectives.
  • Building strong relationships through effective communication and networking.
  • Achieving annual growth targets for managed portfolios.
  • Understanding and implementing risk management and covenant tracking protocols.
  • Presenting bank products and services to potential clients and stakeholders.
  • Conducting thorough underwriting processes and monitoring credit quality.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in middle market lending and business development.
  • Strong credit underwriting skills and the ability to manage the loan process from inception to completion.
  • Knowledge of commercial lending techniques and bank products.
  • Proficiency in expanding client relationships and cross-selling financial products.
  • Familiarity with sales, loan processing, and closing procedures.
  • Excellent interviewing skills and the ability to assess character judgment.
  • Capability to structure loans and monitor credit performance.
  • Working knowledge of relevant software applications, including MIS, word processing, and spreadsheets.
