Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related discipline. A minimum of 4 years of experience in middle market lending and business development is required. Candidates should have strong credit underwriting skills and the ability to manage deals from inception to completion. Familiarity with bank products, commercial lending techniques, and procedures is essential. Additionally, the ability to expand loan portfolios, enhance client relationships, and cross-sell banking products is crucial. Proficiency in sales, loan processing, and closing procedures is expected, along with strong underwriting skills in Commercial & Industrial (C&I) and Commercial Real Estate (CRE). Candidates must demonstrate the ability to assess loan applicants and possess sound judgment regarding character evaluation. Knowledge of loan structuring and credit performance monitoring is necessary, along with proficiency in software applications such as MIS, word processing, and spreadsheets.
